Statesville Retail Development

This project involved the site development and construction of a 67,670 square foot retail center. The center includes four anchor tenants: Staples (15,764 square feet), T.J. Maxx (23,600 square feet), Michaels (14,293 square feet), and PetSmart (14,013 square feet). The tenant exteriors and upfits for Staples, T.J. Maxx, and Michaels were designed by COR3 Design, LLC, while the upfit for PetSmart was designed by Interplan, PLLC.
