Colony at Iredell Memorial Hospital

Colony at Iredell is a 45,000-square-foot multi-specialty Class-A medical office building attached to Iredell Memorial Hospital via a sky bridge walkway. It was designed by HSMM of North Carolina and constructed by G.L. Wilson Building Company. The original building had several suites designed to accommodate the following:

PHC SPINE CLINIC (9,600 SF)

PHC ORTHOPEDICS (15,000 SF)

PHC FLUOROSCOPY (1,300 SF)
