Gildan

Gildan Yarns was a complex multiphase manufacturing project spanning two sites in different counties. Phases I and II included a 440,000-square-foot renovation and addition to an existing plant in Salisbury, NC, as well as the construction of an auxiliary plant (650,000 SF) at the same site. Phase III in Mocksville, NC, covered the construction of a 750,000-square-foot plant. All facilities included sophisticated under-slab mechanical systems, which advanced foundations and trenching components to the scope of work.
