MOORESVILLE HEADQUARTERS

Completed in 2018, the corporate headquarters of blueharbor bank is a three-story office building in Morrison Plantation, Mooresville, NC. blueharbor bank was a design/bid/build delivery, and ESD Architecture completed the design. The Morrison Plantation site housed the original bank building, which remained in operation during the new bank’s construction. The project was split into two phases to transition seamlessly from the old facility into the new one. Phase one consisted of constructing the new building, and phase two revolved around demolishing the original bank.
