This project was conceptualized by the G.L. Wilson in-house design/civil engineering team. G.L. Wilson grading crews worked throughout the winter moving dirt during one of the rainiest winters on record with no change orders and delivered ahead of schedule. G.L. Wilson Building Company crews self-performed electrical and site work for this project.

The majority of the floor plan is dedicated to storage and shipping/receiving areas. The office section includes administration space, employee break room, bathrooms, and employee changing areas.
